Payment Terms: C.O.D (cash on delivery), C.W.O (cash with order), Major Credit cards (American Express, MasterCard & Visa, Discover), and E-Check.


Transportation companies are responsible for any shipment damages or discrepancies. Carefully inspect all packages before accepting from carrier. Truck shipments require a claim to be submitted directly to the carrier as soon as possible or the claim will not be honored. U.P.S. shipment damage requires inspection of the package by the U.P.S. Inspector. Any concealed damage must be claimed to the carrier within 10 days of receipt. Original shipping container must be kept until claim is reconciled. Please notify Triton Vacuum Inc. of any shortages.


Back Orders
Merchandise temporarily out of stock will be automatially shipped and invoiced when available.

Returns
Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior approval by Triton Vacuum Inc.


There will be a 20% restocking charge on all items returned, unless specified.
